Numerous software solutions can ‘support’ companies in the area of marketing and product data.
The word ‘support’ was chosen deliberately.
There is often the opinion or hope that new software is the panacea for existing problems.
Unfortunately, this is almost never the case.
Insufficiently defined responsibilities, poor processes and a lack of communication cannot be remedied by introducing new software.
This requires a clear and stringent process, the implementation of which can be supported by software solutions.
